If ignorance is bliss, why aren't more people happy?

So, here we are again. Round Two of Things to Ponder is under way. These were, in my opinion, the best I could put together at this time. I hope you enjoy. I even used one for the title since I feel the truth between the words. Let me know what you think, answer them, or tell me some of your own. It's all up to you. 14. Do illiterate people get the full effect of Alphabet Soup?
15. Why do they say new and improved? It can't be new if it was improved can it?
16. If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
17. Why is there only ONE monopolies commission?
18. Why is it called a building when it's already built?
19. If all the world is a stage, where is the audience sitting?
20. Why do they call it quicksand when it sucks you down slowly?

Things To Ponder

Since I started this blog, I 've been wondering what would be the first thing I would post. Just as it seemed as if perfectionism would hinder me from logging my first writings, an idea hit me that would turn out just as good. The answer was right in front of my face in a widget I'd added called " Things To Ponder". Though I did a little "cheating", I decided to post a few which are part rib-tickling and part thought-provoking. The goal of this exercise is to inspire comments which will lead to discussion. Hope you enjoy and, as always, tell a friend.
